Laptops, Desktops & All-in-One Computer Repairs In Danville

Process of Repair:

Here at PCR, we have a very thorough process when repairing your liquid damaged laptop. After our initial inspection, we determine if your system is worth fixing, or simply replacing the damaged components. Often, we find some parts are cheaper to replace than to repair. Once we determine that it’s worth repairing, we provide you with a flat-fee for repairing your logic board, motherboard, system board or brains of the computer. Your system is carefully taken apart, cleaned and the damaged components replaced. After all the damage is taken care of, we then test all major components of your system and stress test your computer. When everything checks out, we wrap it up with a bow.

How Long Does It Take?
Every repair is different. There is no way to say up-front exactly how long the process will take, as sometimes we are at the mercy of our vendors for replacement parts. Most of the time, we can get your system back within five to seven business days.
I Need It Yesterday. What Can You Do?
We understand that this may be your computer you use to make a living. If this is the case, we can offer to pull your hard drive so you can access it on another device. If needed, we can rent you one, based on availability.
How Much Does This Cost?
Our fees start at $250-$475, depending on your make and model. We charge a diagnostic fee which will be applied towards the total cost of the repair.
Our Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on liquid damage repair. This covers the motherboard we repaired and any other parts we replaced.

  •   I had a great experience here. Our iPad screen was cracked badly and required replacement. I dropped it off and it was ready for pick up a few hours later. Everything now works perfectly. Also, the technician was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the tech mentioned that they use Apple/OEM parts, which is great. I highly recommend this place.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my go to computer repair shop from Pleasanton opened up a location here in Danville too. I've been going to Gabe at the Pleasanton shop for years since I work close but I live in Danville so this one is perfect for home repairs now too.

I've Used these guys for everything from iPhone, iPad, PC, Mac repairs and more!

Also, your looking for a place to get slightly used/refurbished computers for a fraction of the cost of a new one, you found the spot!

I was concerned when I was told the computer needed a new hard drive. However, they installed an electronic hard drive, cleaned up the spam and gave me the old hard drive to save the files. Computer is lightning fast and no more moving parts in the hard drive!!! Great service and fast.

Brought my old MacBook Pro in for a broken key and was quoted over $150 to "replace the entire keyboard as the only repair option.option. Since the computer was old i didn't want to invest that much to repair.
I went home and watched a couple of YouTube videos on how to replace the key on a mac and i was able tomorder the key replacement and do the repair fir $8.95.

Not sure if they dont know macs or were trying to take advantage but i wont be going back.
