Computer Repair

  Cannot reach this company by phone.   Requested an appt but never received response.

  I went to Danville Computer Repair to have my laptop repaired.  They are super nice, responsive, and gave me a fair price (with a range of cost/repair options).  I will use them again.

  Really knowledgeable people. Super nice to those who have no idea what they are doing. I am always lost. I'll be back for sure.

  Can't say I loved my experience. My usual place closed down so I ended up here, and the price was about 30% higher for labor. Perhaps that's because they considered my battery issue a "level 2." I knew more than the tech. They didn't believe me when I told them my theory of what was the cause. 2 days of testing later, turns out I was right. I appreciate that they informed me of other issues during the diagnostic, but they also couldn't answer the random shutdown issue I had; they had never heard of such things and didn't bother trying to figure it out because the diagnostics didn't pick up an issue with it.

So I didn't get the impression that they knew all about computers. Can they fix something that has a clear solution? Yes. Can they get creative and run experiments if they don't know for sure? Doubt it.

Pro is they're very responsive. They work fairly fast considering they claim to be backlogged. Con is they close at 5pm and don't open weekends, so if you work regular hours, sorry.

  Thank you, thank you for fixing my old (ancient) laptop!! You are amazing and can not believe how fast is running now!  You are a lifesaver, very reasonable and honest, and the best part is that now I don't need to buy a laptop for a while!  Wishing you much success in your new location!  I give you and your company two thumbs up.  Will definitely refer you to everyone I know!!

  My iPhone battery crapped out on me and my Apple Care warranty was up so I went to Gabe for help. He swapped the battery out of my iPhone 8 Plus under 30 minutes and now my phone feels good as new. He also charged me less than what I would have paid going to the Apple Store. After that experience I had him add some RAM to my parents laptop and they are very happy with their faster laptop performance. Thanks Gabe!

  My iPad battery would only work for a few minutes and I needed it for a flight for entertainment these guys nailed it and got it replaced on the spot excellent service and so fast at getting me in and out while I waited

  Danville Computer Repair is my go to! Any time I have issues with my computer getting slower or my hard drive crashing, DCR is there to the rescue. I even take my iPhone there to my cracked screens repaired. I cannot recommend Gabe and his crew enough! Fair price and great service. Thanks for always knowing how to help DCR!
